Authors who publish in the CLIB journal agree to the following terms and conditions:
When submitting an article for review to the CLIB journal, authors warrant that the article is not copyrighted, has not been published or submitted for publication in another peer-reviewed publication, and has not appeared in a conference or workshop proceedings. If an article is found to violate these requirements, it will be rejected without review.
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work being licenced under the Creative Commons Attribution Licence 4.0.
Upon approval of the final, publication-ready version of the article, each author is required to complete and sign the following Declaration of Originality, Copyright, and Consent to Publish. If the article has multiple authors, each author must complete and sign a separate declaration.
