Call for Papers

Computational Linguistics in Bulgaria is a newly established annual open access journal published by the Department of Computational Linguistics of the Institute for Bulgarian Language at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

The journal Computational Linguistics in Bulgaria publishes articles from all areas of theoretical computational linguistics and currently available resources, datasets and technologies for natural language processing and artificial intelligence. The focus is on new approaches and methods, especially with regard to their application to small and low-resource languages such as Bulgarian, in order to bridge the gap between large and small languages in terms of language technologies.

In addition to full-length articles, the journal also accepts short papers and book reviews.

Submitted articles are subject to double-blind peer review via a free publication management system. The journal editors follow the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Editors and refer reviewers to the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.

Articles are published under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0).

The editors are available to respond to queries. Please send your inquiries to: clibj@dcl.bas.bg.
