Open Access

Тhe criteria of Open Access as defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative. By “Open Access”, we mean the free availability of the full text of manuscripts on the public Internet, as well as permission for all users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them on as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those associated with access to the Internet itself. The only restriction on reproduction and distribution, and the only role of copyright in this area, is to ensure that the original creators retain control over the integrity of their work and the right to appropriate attribution.

Global knowledge sharing is promoted by making the research published in the journal publicly available and reusable under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public Licence (CC-BY-4.0).
